3 Dimensions of Health

From the current health model your physical health has been looked at separate from the experiences in your life. There has been fear placed in not having health, not following the recommendations of Drs, and the medical profession. For you high achievers placing so much emphasis on the outer world of success you continue to push and in ways you put your health and wellbeing off to another day.

The truth is success and health go hand in hand. Your mindset and emotions, your relationships are just as essential for your success and health as your energy, push and action.

3 Dimensions of health looks at how you can transform your mindset to see a fresh perspective. Your mindset is what grows as you want, desire and move forward for more. Read that again. Your mindset is what grows as you want, desire and move forward for more. Your emotions are a receiver, how you feel is what you receive. You don’t just plug a tv in and have it go on. You must have reception and choose a channel. You are more than just a physical. You have thoughts, beliefs, emotions and feelings. These make up your 3 Dimensions of Health.

Take a pause here. This way to see your health is perspective and mindset. Here in this version of health you have more control over your health and wellbeing that you think. You are navigating your life based on your thoughts and beliefs. The hard, discipline, push for success has its ugly side. You find yourself emotionally empty, void of feeling true pleasure. You value yourself and your self-worth on the actions you take the results you achieve. There is no passion, little concept of purpose and the climb holds more power than your essence.

There are 2 paths. The path I am looking to show you is one that embodies all of you, values your health and success. The path I have to show you knows growth, success, health and vision are matched and elevated in the heart, mind and body through your thoughts, feelings, emotions and presence.

Your health is directly correlated to the response of your nervous system and your beliefs. Your health is more about you taking time and giving energy to your future today in building health-conscious patterns, habits and programming. Without this shift you continue on the first path to accumulate things, stuff and titles. You continue to believe you are invincible. Until one day, you’re not. All the things you worked for, placed confidence and power in can’t do anything to help you.

It now becomes up to you to build the strength emotionally, and mentally to believe in yourself and physically create changes. This is a hard journey. It will require of you a stripping away of old identities, false beliefs and false power. You can do it. In fact when you see where you gave away your own strengths, your own self worth and self love for the outer world, you will place yourself on a higher road the new path I am speaking of.

The feelings from within, the beliefs and confidence in self you cannot place a price tag on. You earn them through the person you transform through your journey. These are the true value of who you are.

I love this journey. I love this path.
