There is a unique way the body is designed to move and sustain health. This is more than cardio and weight training and compliments a yoga practice. My Private Training/Pilates Training dives into the limitations, problems and pains your body has experienced as a consistent and avid fitness junkie. Intelligent Exercise in movement has a method and system which compliments your capacity to hold strength, alignment and energy. Flexibility, mobility and stability may not look important in the area of fitness, yet they are the gatekeeper to strength and health.
These 10 Training Sessions will use a variety of strength training, body weight and Pilates exercises to gain a more profound level of strength and health.
You can use the sessions in person with me in studio or in- home.
