With this program I will train and coach you to maximize your training, in a more integrative way. Today’s model of fitness in a box has made fitness more accessible yet doesn’t even come close to how the details of your body work for you. Training in this program you can expect an upgrade in your health, strength, your body posture and alignment.
We meet at your home or gym
Sessions are 60 min, 2x’s/week
